New 2010 Membership Program

Effective immediately, the golf course membership program will follow the guidelines listed below:

• The student membership structure and fees will not change for Fiscal Year 2011.

• All non-student memberships will be charged on an annual payment basis.  Each membership year will begin on August 1st and end on July 31st of the following year.

• New quarterly memberships will no longer be sold.  Those wishing to join before the new program start date of August 1, 2010 can do so, but will have to pay for the extra membership time.  Each additional month will cost $150 for individuals and  $217 for families.  No member green fees will be charged until August 1, 2010.

• Prior to the program change date of August 1, 2010, active members as of June 1, 2010 are welcome to renew their memberships under the quarterly program until their expiration date falls on or past August 1, 2010.  At the end of their last 3 month renewal, active members will be allowed to buy in to the new membership plan on the following prorated schedule (pre-tax):

*Payment must be received within 15 days after renewal date to keep account active and  avoid the new member green fee charges. If a member within this category allows their  account to go inactive, they will be required to pay the new member green fee when they  once again become a golf course member.

• New Membership Plan - Effective August 1, 2010

  □ One rate for everyone, regardless of University affiliation

  □ $1,800.00 per year plus tax for individual memberships

  □ $2,600.00 per year plus tax for family memberships

  □ A $5.00 per person member green fee will be charged for every 18-hole round played for new     members that join on or after August 1, 2010

  □ A $2.50 per person member green fee will be charged for every 9-hole round played for new   members that join on or after August 1, 2010 □ August 1st will become the annual renewal date for all memberships

• Mid-Year Registration - New members wishing to join mid-year are welcome to do so on a prorated basis.  The prorated fees (pre-tax) are as follows:
